
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for providing workforce management, benefits, payroll, recruiting, and related HR process information and guidance to employees, former employees, managers, and human resources partners. Additionally, responsible for processing the company’s more complex Human Resources (HR) transactions, providing functional support for various HR systems and policies, for the organization. Gathers information and prepares reports. Troubleshoots, researches, and resolves human resource issues. Maintains and distributes current employee information and other communications.
