He has over 30 years’ experience in diverse food manufacturing. He spent 18 years in leadership roles in wheat, corn, and oat milling; vegetable processing/dehydration; spice milling, blending, and flavor manufacturing; as well as crop production with ConAgra Foods (now ConAgra Brands). Mr. Allen spent 15 years with Cargill, Inc. He developed and led the Eastern Canadian Feed business involving sales management, acquisitions and divestitures, and operations. He is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a degree in business and a master’s in business administration from Washington University. Mr. Allen serves on the American Baking Association’s board of trustees.
