Bryan has over 25 years of experience in the agriculture and food manufacturing industry and has held various executive roles in ConAgra Foods, 21st Century Grain Processing, Viterra, and Richardson International prior to being a founding partner of PHM Brands. Bryan was directly responsible for multiple flour and oat processing facilities located across the United States and Canada.

Bryan has realigned business portfolios through facilitating various merger and acquisitions and has a strong discipline for turning troubled businesses around by stimulating accountability and creating a strong team environment.

Bryan has served on many industry and community boards throughout his career and is currently a Board Member for the North American Millers Association (NAMA) and is a longstanding member of the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM). Bryan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology for Information Systems from Dakota State University in 1997.
