Mrs. Harnish also served as regional human resources manager for ConAgra Mills. Prior to her various progressive leadership roles with ConAgra Foods (now Conagra Brands), she started her career at United Parcel Service in human resources and production management. As chief human resources officer and general manager for PHM Safe, she is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy and providing strategic direction for the organization. She holds a bachelor’s in communications from Marquette University and master’s in business administration from National Louis University. Mrs. Harnish is a member of WIM (Women in Milling), Leadership St. Vrain, SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management), NEW (Network of Executive Women), and was formerly a member of the board of directors for The Inn Between in Longmont, Colorado.
