John has more than 30 years of experience in the agriculture and food processing industries and has held senior executive positions in operations, distribution, and general management for ConAgra Foods and Ardent Mills prior to being a founding partner of PHM Brands.

John has an acute sense for operational finance and team development and accountability through IT systems. John has led large corporate projects and initiatives creating customized ERP systems to drive the devil-in-the-details and provides the ability for company leaders to see their respective businesses through a different lens.

John has served on many industry boards throughout his career and is currently a Board Member for the North American Millers Association (NAMA) and is a longstanding member of the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM).

John served in the US Army and National Guard for 11 years prior to joining the agriculture and food manufacturing industry.
