Summer Help Needed (40 hours a week) — With the Opportunity to Work Part-Time During the School Year

 Responsible for shipping and receiving all products, this includes wheat germ and CBD products. This position will be based out of the Monticello, IL facility.

  • Produce a BOL including all specific information for that product. 
  • Produce a receiving document after inspecting inbound raw ingredients. 
  • Manage a daily shipping report to be shared at the end of every day documenting the day’s loads. 
  • Load bulk trucks including food and feed grade wheat germ. 
  • Daily and weekly sanitation responsibilities. 



  • Forklift operating skills (on the job training is provided). 
  • Safety training is required and provided by Viobin in group settings, as well as individual computer-based training. 
  • Ability to use a computer. 
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, and ability to read and write in English.  
  • Ability to work unsupervised. 
  • Available to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and shift work may be required. 



  • This position requires physical efforts such as straining, pulling, lifting, working, and standing and walking on concrete floor.  
  • Exposure to elements such as noise, minable dust, cold and hot temperatures.  
  • Extreme climate or climate variation. 
  • Heat up to 100 degrees and lows of 40 degrees.  
  • Changes of >30 degrees within a shift. 
  • Exposure to manufacturing equipment hazards, especially forklifts.
